Invite Dr. Keira Banks!

Dr. Keira Banks is a unique five-fold ministry gift to the body of Christ! Dr. Keira Taylor-Banks has designed various Leadership Training modules and curriculum to promote spiritual development, and skill proficiency for all tiers of leadership within a local church.  She oversees the leadership development and equiping of ministry-gifts at Living Waters Christian Fellowship, where she regularly trains the executive and administrative staff, elders, ministers, deacons, ministry heads and lay leader participants totaling approximately 200 individuals. 

Pastor Keira successfully developed and implemented Leadership Training for the various tiers of leadership throughout her ten year appointment as executive pastor.  Leadership Training is conducted once a quarter and is required for all members functioning in ministry capacity from small group ministry participants to the executive staff.

The purpose of the Leadership Training is to

1. to encourage the body of believers in reaching higher,
2. to promote the corporate culture in a local church,
3. to engage leaders in the ongoing process of personal spiritual development, and
4. to promote the spirit of excellence in ministry.

Pastor Keira has taught the congregation that “All leadership is a relationship,” and she if often known to quote John Maxwell’s leadership axiom, “Everything rises and falls on leadership."
